Book Review: Sword Bearer by Teddy Jacobs

In this first book of the Return of the Dragons, sixteen-year-old Anders is led into a fast-paced adventure from his sheltered life when he sees a mysterious girl stealing a a spellbook from the owner of a teashop. He helps her without meaning to and now the wizard owner is after him. Anders discovers that he is actually a three-blooded-prince. He leads the girl and her friend into the lost city and forges a blade with a magical hilt and three pieces of metal from three different swords. Anders finds that his parents were captured by his evil uncle and rescues them, but there were demon imps implanted in them. He is torn between staying with his parents and stopping his evil uncle. Which will he choose? This 305-page book is filled with unexpected twists and turns. I would rate this book 5 stars out of 5 because the storyline was very well written and I loved the twists and turns in the plot.
